  Currently, most staff workers in DiscipleMakers have some form of CRM 
(often Goldmine) to manage their donors, but a record of each donor's gift 
must be looked up separately (Excel/OpenOffice spreadsheet, etc.) This is a 
silly distinction, since both the CRM and "donor list" are using the same 
conceptual entities.

  Let's say that Matt Patton is supported financially by Jim Smith. A very 
useful feature for Matt would be to be able to pull up Jim's record 
(containing his name, his wife's name, their address, notes from their last 
meeting together, etc.) right alongside a list of all the financial gifts 
that Jim has given (including dates and amounts.) This last information 
would have been entered via the receipting system in the Headquarters.
